Promotional Offer
Customers who sign up to an eligible PTC Mobile post-paid mobile plan during the promotional period will pay the advertised introductory monthly price for their first six monthly billing cycles.
This promotion is available on both:
- SIM Only plans; and
- SIM + Care+ plans.
From the seventh monthly billing cycle onwards, your plan will automatically continue at the standard monthly price applicable to your selected plan, as advertised at the time of sign-up.
Offer Period
This offer is available for new eligible services activated between 1 August and 30 September (AEST), unless the promotion is extended, varied or withdrawn earlier by PTC Mobile.
Eligibility
This promotion:
- is available to new eligible PTC Mobile post-paid services;
- applies to both SIM Only and SIM + Care+ plans; and
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, offer or voucher unless expressly stated by PTC Mobile.
Pricing
The advertised introductory monthly price applies for the first six monthly billing cycles only.
From the seventh monthly billing cycle onwards, the standard monthly price applicable to your selected plan will automatically apply.
Your invoice will display the applicable monthly plan fee for each billing cycle. No separate promotional discount or credit will appear on your invoice.
Any additional charges, including but not limited to excess usage, international roaming, premium services and optional extras, will be charged in accordance with your selected plan and the applicable pricing.
General
PTC Mobile reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or withdraw this promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
Except where required by law, any changes will not affect customers who activated an eligible service during the promotional period.
Your use of PTC Mobile services is also subject to the applicable Critical Information Summary, Standard Form of Agreement and other PTC Mobile policies.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising or promotional material relating to this offer, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
